Deal the cards onto a table and run a scenario as a discussion: what would we detect here, how would we know, what would we do next. It is the cheapest possible version of the exercise progression in R05, it needs no range and no instrumentation, and it is the format that gets non-technical participants engaged in a security exercise for the first time.

Print it, cut it, keep it in the drawer with the incident-response binder. Useful on its own; more useful as the warm-up before the live run, where the gap between what the room predicted and what the range measured becomes the finding.
